Ashley Blackwell, LPC-S

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified School Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor practicing since 2018.  My passion is to promote healing and understanding in a safe non-judgmental space where all are treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. We will work together to empower you through your life journey. Tabitha Friend, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. My approach to therapy is eclectic and holistic, prioritizing each client as the center of the work we do together. I integrate interventions from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to the unique needs of every individual I work with. I am also a trained EMDR therapist and utilize EMDR when appropriate to support deeper healing and reprocessing.

Using a holistic lens, I consider mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs when developing goals and objectives. My desire is to provide a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and collaborative environment grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

My clinical experience includes working with both men and women, though I primarily work with women. My background includes serving at a girls’ home for survivors of human trafficking, working in a residential facility for women needing intensive care, and serving as a trauma specialist within that program. I also have extensive experience providing substance-abuse counseling. I eventually made my way to Magnolia Therapy Group, where I continue to offer trauma-informed care and EMDR therapeutic intervention.

I support clients through a variety of presenting struggles, including developing and maintaining recovery from addiction, navigating and healing from codependency, exploring relationship dynamics and recognizing patterns and systems, managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, regulating bipolar patterns, processing grief and loss, and reprocessing trauma through EMDR.

I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship that feels respectful, supportive, and safe—one in which clients feel empowered and equipped in their healing journey. My hope is to help clients learn to feel safe within their own bodies, build the capacity to face and manage daily life, reclaim their narratives, and feel empowered in their choices as they move toward greater wellness and wholeness.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and later made a fulfilling career transition and earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University.

I have over 600 hours of experience with clients of all ages and with a wide range of concerns, including conflict resolution, emotional distance, infidelity, affair recovery, parenting concerns, family and couple closeness, and other struggles we all encounter as a result of life stage transitions. I also work with couples seeking premarital counseling.

I work with all couples and with families with children ages 10 and older. I also see individuals.

kati Lebeau, PLpc

As a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I specialize in working with children ages 5 and older. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed care, and I incorporate narrative and existential therapies to help clients find meaning and healing in their experiences. There’s a quote that has deeply inspired my pursuit of being a great therapist. It says, “I found the world to be woefully lacking in safe spaces, so I became one.” With empathy and respect, I work to create a safe, supportive environment where children can express themselves freely without judgment and explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. My goal is to empower young people to understand their own narratives and find strength in their personal stories, ultimately fostering growth and resilience. I believe therapy can be the key to turning our biggest weaknesses into our greatest strengths, and I’d be honored to be a part of your child’s journey.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and my Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in School Counseling from Liberty University. I recently earned a graduate certificate of Mental Health Studies from Liberty University.

I spent six years as an elementary school counselor, specializing in conflict resolution, anger management, and emotional regulation. I have successfully ran my own social emotional coaching business for the past two years working with children of all ages on relationship building, self and social awareness, self management, and responsible decision making. In addition, I have experience advocating for underserved youth in foster care.
